
Russian occupiers have made a slight advance in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region, attempting to regain previously lost positions in the village of Pishchane.
Situation on the Frontline
According to Deep State, russian forces advanced in Pishchane on March 2, as reported by analysts from DeepState. Previously, the Ukrainian Armed Forces had retaken the village, and now the occupiers are trying to reclaim their lost positions.

Russian Offensive in the Pokrovsk Sector
According to the Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops (OSUV) “Khortytsia,” Russian forces have directed their offensive against Ukrainian defensive positions near Tarasivka, Promin, Dachenske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Nadiyivka, Andriivka, and Ulakly. Fierce battles are ongoing, with the enemy leveraging numerical superiority to push forward.
Russian Losses
Despite their efforts, Russian forces have suffered significant casualties. Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders have eliminated 100 Russian troops and wounded 83 others. Additionally, Ukrainian forces have destroyed:
- 1 armored fighting vehicle;
- 1 armored personnel carrier;
- 7 transport vehicles;
- 1 motorcycle;
- 3 mortars;
- 1 artillery gun.
